VEDA designed the building structure, foundations and drainage for a large home in Oxted, Surrey.
The design team used REVIT software to render a 3D model of the entire five-bedroom property, plus sun room.
Mass concrete strip footings were specified to support the large luxury home, which includes a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. A second bedroom within the home was also as designed with the same profile as the master suite.
A gallery landing was devised around the staircase design for the two-story home, one of a number of properties VEDA has designed for developer Chartwell Land & Homes since 2015.
The design specified a traditionally-built beam and block design for both the ground and first floor of the property. Isolated steelwork and load bearing walls were also specified by VEDA.
