Our shaft and tunnelling experience not only includes participation in large-scale projects but also the provision and management of rehabilitation solutions for the Victorian infrastructure at the heart of the UK’s water and waste management system.

We’ve certified sites earmarked for tunnels to house gas and electricity cable piping and designed new water and waste pumping stations – enhancing the proficiency and life cycle of the UK’s utility networks.

We undertake settlement analysis and assess topography, geology and geotechnical factors so that you can trust in the safety of the asset itself, as well as those around it.  By measuring, corroborating and providing complete design calculations, VEDA’s scrupulous groundwork remains a bedrock for infrastructure assets throughout their respective life cycles.

Our experience includes devising plans for tunnelling practices including shaft sinking, underpinning and caisson methods, pipe jacking, auger boring, directional drilling and microtunnelling.
