Our engineers and technicians understand the challenges of designing for residential environments.

We have a history of delivering successful residential projects within London and the South-East and are currently working with a number a private developers and home builders.

Our projects range from small domestic works, to larger developments using a range of structural materials and techniques. Our technical staff have extensive experience in refurbishments of existing buildings, considering all phases of construction from demolition and temporary works through to project completion.

Our goal is to provide high quality design and design assurance services while making life easier for our clients. With this in mind we are highly reactive and proactive, and our team members are always easy to contact when you need them.

While quality, safety and buildability are priorities for us, we also appreciate our clients’ need for economical design solutions, so we always remain mindful of the cost implications of every design decision.
