Kidbrooke Station

Kidbrooke Station, London

VEDA were appointed by Fereday Pollard Architects to act as Structural Engineers for the design of the new redevelopment of Kidbrooke Station building, which forms part of the overall Kidbrooke Village development by Berkeley Homes.

The overall strategy of the station design is to provide a fully accessible and convenient access to the commuter links for the new development, whilst keeping it in context with the overall developed masterplan.

The new building will be constructed from a steel frame structure, which will support a natural green roofing system and large roof light atrium. The three dimension skeletal steel frame will be discretely placed to ensure the open ticket hall and desired internal spaces are achieved.
